Can I please remind all my clients that if I don't reply to any messages sent via, text messenger, watts app or Instagram please call the salon during one of my working days. Theres is just that many messages combined with me being busy it's sometimes so hard to reply to everyone 💚💚

The raffle will be drawn later on today, sorry for the delay it took a little longer than expected to be filled 🌲 and then with all the huddle and bussle of Chrisas it completely slipped my mind 🙈 I'll draw the raffle live on face book at some point today/evening to ensure everybody knows it has been drawn fairly

Can I politely ask people to call or text and cancel an appoinment if they aren't going to make it, with the amount of clients I'm turning down due to having no available space it's very frustrating when theres a no show in the salon, especially during this busy time of year 💚💚

The olive lounge now stocks these amazing wax melts by Mrs p, including the wax melts and oil burner sets! She's a small local buisness who makes all these amazing wax melts by hand! There's a wide variety of scents to choose from that smell AMAZING!

I'm just seeing how much feed back I get as I'm toying with the idea of maybe renting a chair to another hairstylist. Based on the fact I'm having to turn that many customers down due to just not having the time to fit them in as I'm so busy. If any body has a level 3 qualification and atleast 3 years salon experience and maybe interested feel free to message me 😊
