The Online Midwife

I am an Independent Midwife providing many aspects of antenatal and postnatal care, hypnobirthing, all done one to one - as it should be.

A full package of Antenatal Care, involves a "Booking" appointment where we go through your medical history, any previous births, discuss screening available during pregnancy for you and your baby, and assess if you have any need to see an obstetrician. I will see you every four weeks until you are 28 weeks, then two weekly until 36 weeks, then weekly until the birth. I will of course be available to you on the telephone or via email always.

A labour package means that I will be on call for your birth from 37 weeks pregnant onwards. If you do not wish to have a home birth, I am happy to be a birth supporter for your hospital birth (unfortunately at this time most NHS hospitals will not grant honorary contracts to IM's enabling us to deliver your baby in hospital).

Postnatally I will visit you as often as you need within the first week, dropping down to twice a week for the second week, and weekly for up to six weeks. Again I will be accessible by phone for you always.

A full package, including everything listed above is £4, 000.

We take a "booking" deposit of £1500, then three installments of £800 to be paid in full by 36 weeks pregnant.
