Fully equipped Pilates studio taking up to 11 people in each matwork class and 7 people in equipment classes. All teachers have undergone at least a 1 year training. Most have been continuing their training for 10 or more years. The in house osteopath and massage therapists support the Pilates teachers in helping people resolve back issues.
