Sadly, a considerable sum of money went missing from yesterday's Slimming World class here at The Oswestry Memorial Hall. There has never been any kind of incident like this in all of the time that Slimming World has been running here. Both ourselves and Emma, from Slimming World, are only concerned in the return of this money as accidents can happen.
If anyone knows anything about this, or would like to arrange to return the money to us anonymously then please get in touch. There will be no further investigation or repercussions. We just need the money returned to its rightful owners.

Coming to The Oswestry Memorial Hall this Monday, we are very excited about hosting this Filmmaking Workshop from Rocking Horse Studios Ltd. You could even become part of an actual feature film.

Coming soon to The Oswestry Memorial Hall, we have Tai Chi sessions in the Cambrian Room downstairs on a Wednesday morning. Help organise your ying from your yang.

There’s a room for everything; from parties to counselling. Would highly recommend for anything you have planned- brilliant venue with affordable prices!

The memorial hall is a excellent venue and very well organised and managed extremely well . We had a family christening there and was such a clean venue with plenty of space and good facilities . I also attended the hall at a event at Christmas Live and again a brilliant venue . We are so lucky to have these facilities locally .

I use the Memorial Hall for two clubs that I am involved in running. The venue is brilliantly located in the centre of town and is good for parking. It is very clean and there are plenty of tables/ chairs and kitchen facilities for any event. There is a good choice of room sizes at affordable rates, so you only need to book a room big enough for your needs. The hall manager is always available to discuss any of your requests. I know the hall is used by a lot of clubs but there is still plenty of spaces left for others.

I run my Slimming World groups from this venue every week, 52 weeks of the year. As a town centre venue surrounded by car parking, it’s very convenient for my members both New and existing to find and the rooms available are varied. The Hall is always clean and well presented and the manager, Gareth, is approachable and professional.



I highly recommend this venue.
