It’s a new year and back to work for us. That can only mean one thing....chorizo! As you guys settle into the weekend we’ll be tussling with strings of sausages for our tasty tapas starters. Did you know that our chorizo sausages are gluten free? That makes them both tasty and a crowd pleaser! We aim to please, and can cater for most clients whatever your dietary needs. We recently hired the Paella Fella to cater for 160 persons at our charity golf day at Milford Golf Club. Nick and his team were very professional and delivered some fine choices of Paella cooked to perfection in huge vats in a customized theatre style kitchen,the service and attention to detail was first class, which really impressed the players,and all there guests

The taste was superb and everybody was very complementary on the day.

We were all so impressed we have already booked them again for next year

We chose Paella Fella for our wedding. We went for a basic menu of 3 different paellas from them and then provided the rest ourselves. The food was absolutely delicious and so many people have commented on how great it was. The staff were friendly, portion sizes were big, food was so flavoursome and delicious. Such an amazing trio of staff who made my 60th birthday so special! Their professionalism with people skills as well as the most amazing food was first class. The huge chicken and chorizo paella was honestly the tastiest I have have tasted in any country, and the vegetable one was just as delicious. The tapas that was handed round to whet our appetite were fresh and individual, and they even made dates wrapped in bacon especially for me as one of my favourites! The sangria went down very well too! Everybody commented on the food and how lovely the group was. Surprisingly, we had a little left over even after people returning for more, and this was packed for us to eat later, a great treat! Thank you all , will see you again no doubt!

Paella Fella catered for our wedding in last weekend and despite January weather delivered a 1st class service. We had fantastic feedback from all our guests (all 90 of them!) and would 100% recommend them!

Communication was clear and accurate which was fantastic and they even catered for our vegan and gluten free guests with no problems.

Paella Fella Catered for our wedding in Suffolk on the August bank holiday this year. We had 3 Paellas, Pollo and chorizo, Seafood and Vegetable and they were all incredible. The bonus? They boxed up the leftovers which we had the rest of the weekend and tasted just as good cold! Paella fella also made us canapés for starters and they were delicious, we had so many compliments on the day and since about the food. Thankyou!

Our event planner - UMM Events - recommended Paella Fella to do the catering for my Husband's 70th on 16th September. We are truly knocked out with this company. It is hard to believe that they arrived, set up in a 3m x 3m pop up gazebo on our patio and started cooking and serving such an amazing 3 course meal for 40 people - but they did!

The tapas style canapés were tasty and on trend, the paella impressive and generous and the desserts were just gorgeous. They left us with a superb cheeseboard for guests to continue nibbling late into the night and cleared up so perfectly that it was hard to believe they were ever there.

Our thanks go to Nick and Olivia for the planning and Bertie and Emily who managed the whole operation so cleverly. They literally took care of everything - even stage managing the drips when it started raining!

We gave our guests the best night's entertainment and Paella Fella helped to make that happen.

Wanting something excellent but relaxed and unpretentious for my daughter's wedding, we asked Nick and his team to cater for 130 guests at the sit-down meal, and for 250 at the after party. Dad, bride and all guests were so glad we did! Take the quality and presentation of the food as a given (it was genuinely first class as others here attest), but what impressed us was the friendly, personal and 'can do' attitude of Nick and his team. They quickly understood what we were trying to achieve, and went out of their way to make it happen. Lots of great ideas, and lots of little extras that we would never have thought of. Simply outstanding.

Love that you are now offering a take away service on selected nights, 2nd time of ordering from you. From the communication, delivery, pick up of pan it’s all on point & you go out of your way to be accommodating. The food is amazing as is the price. I highly recommend The Paella Fella as there is nothing better than sitting around a table & sharing good food with your loved ones �

I wanted a perfect paella for my mothers funeral as she cooked a great paella. These guys did not disappoint at all. They were also very accommodating with my constant menu changes. All the guests said how wonderful the paella and tortilla tasted. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I organised a team building day for approximately 60 people. I've booked chicken & chorizo paella as well as a vegetarian paella. Everybody without exception loved the food and I got incredible feedback from the participants! Very professional in all my contacts with them - nothing to fault from the time that I contacted them until the delivery on the day! Fabulous! I strongly recommend them and they will be my first point of call if I ever need to arrange any catering (either for work or private event)!
