Helping children develop greater confidence, self-esteem and resilience. Supporting parents of all ages to be the best they can be with proven techniques, tips and ideas.

My passion is seeing and helping someone fully achieve their potential, to be the ultimate expression of who they are.

I work specifically with parents and pupils. I deliver the YES (Youth Education Support) behavioural change programmes designed for young people 10-16 that focuses on self-esteem, confidence, anxiety and resilience, as well as healthy relationships, gang and drug use.

In addition I work with individual clients who are looking to both progress their careers and ensure a positive and healthy home life. I also deliver corporate group parenting workshops and am often a panelist on parenting webinars.
