Just to say that the Bar is now open until 11pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Wednesday nights we are open until 10pm
Friday nights we are open until Midnight
... Saturday is our Karaoke and we are open until 1am
Sunday we are the "Home of the Roast" from 12pm to 5pm and the Bar closes by 7pm

We went for lunch today Sunday 11 Feb people don't no what there missing we go out guite a lot and we score out of 10 for meals and web gave this meal 10 I it was good a great selection and the sweets out of this world so we shall be visiting again thank you Mr and Mrs burt

Traditional old English pub with friendly landlords and staff, good Wadworth ales, lovely homemade food and comfortable rooms if you wish to stay.

Sunday Lunch is amazing...followed by incredible home made desserts. Great value for money...very highly recommend.

Ordered a Takeaway Roast dinner today, phoned up and collected within 20 minutes, was one of the best roast dinners I have had. Loads of beef and veg. Defiantly will be ordering takeaway again!

Lovely, lovely, lovely... Food - delicious! Rooms - amazing! Owners - charming! It's just a pity they don't serve breakfast or even just lay out some Pain au chocolat and croissants jjjjuhor cereal in the lil boxes, milk in a cooler and orange juice... little 2 slice toasted, self serve.



Other then that, if I'm up that way again for a week or 2 like I was this time, I'll book The Pelican...�..

Just finished our takeaway of roast pork. Lovely as it was last time. My husband requested extra potatoes which were duly served. Next time I have lunch guests I shall order more and pass it off as my own. Obviously � apple crumble also superb. Thanks all. Highly recommended

Just eaten an absolutely gorgeous roast dinner. Meat was tender and veg cooked to perfection with lovely thick gravy. Well worth the price of £6.95.

I literally come to Devizes just to see the people who hang out in this pub. Terrific atmosphere, lovely regulars and the karaoke is fun to watch ;-)

Great pub with very friendly staff,locals & atmosphere with good old fashioned charm mixed with modern day technology. If you're in the area you wont be sorry if you visit this establishment

Can't rate the Sunday lunch higher, brilliant! Astonishing quality and quantity of food. Pudds are lush too.

Always very warm welcome just had a lovely home cooked meal fresh veg meat just melted in the mouth lots of rost potatoes and gravy. Wish this was my local. Can't wait to come back again.

Always a welcoming atmosphere. First time I ever set foot in this pub I had some northern lads with me dressed in drag and the whole pub embraced them...unlike other pubs we went to that evening!

lovely meal good service, the pie of the day was excellent full of meat and well presented
