Went for the first time tonight to take part in Bob's Big Brain Quiz.

Had a really good time with plenty of laughs, everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Even the ferret enjoyed herself.

We will be studying ready for next weeks quiz!

Popped in today and really enjoyed the vibe, vinyl music playing, classic retro games, had loads of turns on Space Invaders, Pacman etc, tasty beers and a top place....and it's just around the corner so will pop in again soon, go and check it out folks :-)

Just what the "craft beer" bar scene in Hull needed a unpretentious friendly bar. Great selection on tap or in the bottle, superb selection of spirits & they sell pickled onion Monster Munch & Buckfast 😉great staff and play decent tunes too ���� and I've been told the bay window critic is often in attendance there 🍻

I've found the most amazing bar amazing staff what a great night highly appreciated and recommended �

Great. Didn't know what to expect when I first heard about the place and walked past a few times.



Inside the guys behind the bar are so friendly and make you feel valued. Good selection of drinks, and they have a varied list of vinyls to choose from. They also said I could take some vinyls down the next time I'm in. I hope this place is around for many years to come.

Great place with a superb selection of craft beers, relaxed atmosphere, good tunes, cool retro vibe & clean & tidy throughout. Staff can't do enough for you whether it be seating or advice on the ale. Lovely little local.

Great bar with great bar staff. Cool comfy surroundings with a nice relaxing vibe. Great drinks available with a delicious rum (Dark Matter) which I highly recommend for anyone who is a rum drinker. And not to forget 'guest crisps' which are on offer!

Great bar for a great selection of beer unrivalled in most bars down newland ave and in hull great friendly staff added to a great friendly atmosphere. Worth a visit for a beer or 3.

Easily the best bar in hull! So nice to go and sit in a decent bar and to enjoy some quality strong craft beers whilst listening to the likes of jurassic 5 and other various cool shit!

And to top it off all the staff are cool

Cracking bottled beer, TV showing the football, good crack with the punters

Chilled atmosphere, great choice of beer... My tipple of choice being Berliner... Deco and tunes will take ya right back.

Came in last Thursday and will certainly be in again. Friendly staff and great drinks. A little pricey but i guess that's because of the world beers you sell. See you soon

Went in as they had advertised Brooklyn beer however did not have any. Settled for another craft beer but for some odd reason it smelled really badly. Saving grace was playing cards aginst humanity. Would go again provided smell wasn't as bad

Was in yesterday tea time and enjoyed the range of beers whilst listing to reggae on vinyl Not my first visit and not my last.
