The Pig - Near Bath Restaurant & Hotel

Wowee, choosing to spend the night before my wedding here was such a great decision! The staff throughout the hotel were incredible and made me feel very special, from kindly upgrading my room to wishing me well for the wedding with a good luck cookie after our dinner. Thank you ever so much to the whole team. Couldn’t be more grateful. X

Amazing place in a stunning setting. Lovely menu with local, fresh produce. Very relaxing for a weekend break to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well as fantastic service.

Amazing place. Food original clearly organic fresh and flavour so good. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Will be visiting other Pigs very soon.

Saturday lunch, very busy , but service good and relaxed. Friendly staff , food fresh and enjoyable. Wine recommendation was spot on. Atmosphere was buzzing, the conservatory dinning was a little overcrowded where we were sitting. Special occasion prices for us.

Loved the atmosphere and creative approach to classics. Each dish (we were a table of 4, but bought several starters to share and mains to try as much as possible) was individual and stood out for its own special reasons. The waiting staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The venue itself is incredibly special and dedicated to locally sourced sustainable eating.
Will be back, and I recommend a murder mystery night here! Please host one in the drawing room

Great service, delicious food. Prices are as expected for an establishment of this calibre but not ludicrous. I sampled the vodka ribs, salmon, bubble and squeak with poached eggs. The building is beautiful and the grounds a delight. Definitely a fine foodie experience.

The Pig is a beautiful place to stay, or even just to go and have a drink and have good in the restaurant. The rooms are amazing and well designed. The food is incredible, with everything sourced from within a close proximity to the hotel. Don't hesitate on thinking whether to go or not. Go. You won't be disappointed.
