Unique to the North East, The Pilates Studio is staffed by a dedicated group of highly qualified teachers, all trained by, and members of, the largest Pilates organisation in Europe - The Body Control Pilates Association.
We have a full machine studio containing a Reformer, Cadillac, Wunder Chair and Ladder Barrel. Out mat studio has a maximum of ten mats to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Booking is easy via a quick email or text. All
