The Pilates Studio At Cheltenham Pilates & Yoga

We now have two beautiful studios in the heart of Cheltenham. Pilates & Barre in Sherborne Place, and Yoga in Rodney Road.

We offer a regular timetable of more than 70 classes a week in Pilates, Yoga and Barre. We are a specialist Stott Pilates™ studio, with both Mat & Reformer group classes for all levels, plus our high-energy Barre classes. For the Yogis we offer Dynamic Flow (Vinyasa), Ashtanga, Power and Hatha Yoga classes, Pregnancy Yoga and Baby Massage too.

Private sessions are another popular option. We work with everyone: busy professionals, older adults, elite athletes, those suffering with back or neck pain or rehabilitating from injury, to name a few. We receive many consultant, physiotherapist and osteopath referrals.

Our teachers are highly qualified, sympathetic to the individual’s needs, and understanding of all body types and issues.

Facilities:

We have changing rooms and showers, and a coffee /tea area for relaxing. We sell books and DVDs, Pilates & Yoga equipment, gifts and clothes.

Our two large studios have oak floors, vaulted ceilings & lots of natural light. We offer semi private Reformer /Cadillac classes (max 4) and group Reformer classes (max 8) on our top of the range Stott Pilates™ equipment. Private & small group sessions are held in our smaller studio, fully-equipped with Reformer, Cadillac frame, Ladder Barrel and Stability Chair.

Parking is available opposite the studio.
