Went last night to celebrate my birthday with a few cheeky cocktails - the staff were lovely, coping extraordinarily well and with good humour when they were obviously busy and were unexpectedly short staffed. The best cocktails in Guiseley! Beautiful roof terrace and the live music downstairs created a great atmosphere too.

Took my girl friend for the match on Wednesday night. Great food great service and great atmosphere. Very well run bar. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and serve with a smile on their faces.

Such a great place - venue, people, food and music. Everything you need under one roof. Exactly what Guiseley needed ���

Service was excellent food great and wine club even better. Would definitely recommend mid week. ��

Didn’t eat but had a great meet up with some lovely friends.

I’ve been quite a few times and the bar service (getting served) is excellent although I’m sure a really peak times you may have to wait...but isn’t that the same everywhere?

Coming home tonight I realised we’re so lucky we have the Potting Shed. Ever since the Regent closed there’s been a shortage of broken glass & dried vomit on the streets of Guiseley. Good to see you guys hsve stepped up up to fill the gap.

Cocktails yummy, food looked great though must remember they strictly stop serving at 9pm, staff fabulous, v good humoured on a busy night, long wait for cocktails but top tip: we just ordered again as they came!

Love the roof terrace and that the staff enclosed it at 9pm so no noise for neighbours.

No crisps, but nut selection fabulous.

Would prefer smokers not to indulge on the ground floor back terrace where people are eating, but a minor issue, and found other places to sit.

A big thank you to all the staff for making Lucy’s baby shower so special ... the terrace is a fabulous venue for any celebration and the food was amazing x

Tonight’s set up and service was great. We booked the upstairs for c.30 people and would def recommend it for a private party (I believe it holds 60ish for the whole floor). It was cosy and intimate, the live music was piped from downstairs and sounded great and the food was tasty and plentiful! We could have football on a screen if we wanted - just had to ask.



Room hire was free and I’d recommend setting a minimum spend limit so that the upstairs bar is open - otherwise it would be a pain going up and down and waiting to be served. The minimum spend was only £500, including food, so not a problem at all for that number.



Staff were friendly and accommodating - if you go for a larger/ bigger drinking party, you might want to ask for/pay for extra bar staff - especially if you think your group might all want cocktails.



All in all, a great venue - would def book again!

Good addition to Guiseley however 2 things that let this venue down are 1. Toilets need regular attention when it’s busy there was paper all over floor and generally they were dirty should be regularly cleaned 2. Table next to fire door at the back leading to terrace used by smokers and when your sat at this table you constantly have to keep letting people in as the door locks as they go out, someone tried wedging this open with a bottle which makes an already cold room even colder and breaks all safety regulations regarding fire doors , this door needs a sign on saying for emergency use only

The food was OK, service not so, though this may have been down to new staff. Cocktails took an eternity to arrive and lagers were pulled flat. There is no table service and you have to order food and drinks at the bar, which for us makes it overpriced. There is also live music most nights. If you enjoy table service & like to chat with your dining companions in a cosy setting this place isn't for you, for us it could of been so much better, attention to detail, though it seems to work as for a Monday is was very busy. Will have to give the open terrace a try in the summer!

So wanted to love it and was a little disappointed. Will try again though. Food nice. Slow service for us but not for all, can only presume they were regulars. Waited 20 mins at the bar for the barman to make the 2 drinks I ordered. Then charged me separately for them (ie not 2 for£12) when they had substituted one drink because they didn't have the ingredients. Plates weren't cleared for ages after eating and despite there being at atleast 5 staff on and not particulary busy my ice cream dessert sat under the lights of the serving point for we over 10 mins. The constant use of "darling" from someone who is half my age was slightly irritating too(God I sound old) All little things but if they put together they slightly took the edge of it. Hoping my 2nd visit is more as I expected.�

First visit for my mother in laws birthday. We had the Sunday lunch (2 courses) beef lovely and tender and lean, chicken also nice. Only criticism is a long wait after plates cleared to order desserts and had to go ask for someone to come take our order. Beautiful Gin garden upstairs, great selection of gins although surprised that there was no just rhubarb gin shame they were served in wine glasses

First food was very good , decor was good .

But sevice was not to good .

Got my order wrong staff said I will sort that straight away. 15,20 mins later I had to find and ask for this to be put rite .

Then after main course which was lovely. 20 mins had past with no one clearing table or asking if we wanted any thing else. I had to ask someone for the second time to clear and take a order for dessert.

But I would go again cos thing happen and I enjoyed the food and place.

Called in for drinks with friends before going to a party, went upstairs to look at the Gin bar , orderd our Gins downstairs , special mention to Jack who went upstairs to get us the more unusual Gins, which they didn't serve downstairs, beautully served in a Gin glass with all the trimmings ! Maybe all other staff could do with lesson in customer service from Jack 👍🍸

Bit of a mixed bag really - already commented on the booking process. Drinks not a bad price, but sometimes we had to go downstairs for some as apparently the bar upstairs is a gin bar, although they do have other drinks there. Some bar staff were happy to get the drinks from downstairs for us - others weren't. About 4 or 5 of our meals came out along with some that weren't ours & then another table started getting served next to us. Those that received their meals were half way through when the others came out & then some extra items were missing & we kept having to ask for cutlery. Some of the meals were barely warm, whilst others were piping hot. Pizzas seemed to get the best feedback - there was definitely a lack of cheese & bacon on the burgers. Not bad in all but wouldn't rush back. There seems to be a lot of younger staff who need a bit of direction / further training.

Been a few times now since opening. Was excited about this new addition to Guiseley. Just can’t help but feel a little disappointed each time. Yesterday our lunch took half an hour to come which, with warning or apology, wouldn’t have been a problem. The management are friendly but the young members of staff just look like then don’t want to be there. They also come across as unconfident when serving which in all fairness suggests they’ve not received adequate training. Our plates were never cleared before leaving and we certainly didn’t rush off. Has so much potential but just doesn’t quite get it spot on which is a shame.

2 bar staff set I g,others just walking up ndown back of bar with a glass-doing nothing???? Dogs in the same area as food(this is a personnel thing!) Took awhile to get served as bloke behind bar served 2 lasses with low cut tops on b4 me!!!!!!!!!! Didn't eat as was meeting to go out elsewhere. Did read menu-seems very pricey for what people were getting

Visited last night for a bite to eat and a cocktail or two. We sat on the top floor and upon arrival noticed the bar to be shut and it would be table service from downstairs. We had to wonder around and find any menus and waited a good while before being served. We ordered drinks and food together.

A while later drinks arrived over two trips and then food. The kebab was terrible! I have it all the time and I received a saucer sized flat bread dry, three small bits of dry chicken and some rocket. I had to go downstairs to query this, waited 15mins for someone to come see us by that time my partners food had been eaten. I got a replacement at its normal great standard but by this point we had no drinks left and was sat eating on my own as my other half was finished as well as my sides being cold.

Waited 15min for the bill then had to go pay downstairs as the waitress had disappeared. To then ... guess what.... what ages again to be served! We paid with our usual payment method (used at the shed countless times) to then have the embarrassment of the bar tender shouting down the bar” it’s declined has this” .... gee thanks. Highly embarrassing and not even our fault - they have changed the supply contract and no longer accept that card. This visit was really appalling. Sorry to say
