What an amazing place, atmosphere is good, staff welcoming, superb quality food & dog friendly too.

Went yesterday for first time . Had the chicken n lamb kebabs , my little boy had fish and chips with side pasta n garlic dough balls . Everything was delicious. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxed evening . They had a bloke there playing the keyboard n singing . Was a lovely relaxing evening .

Visited twice over the bank holiday Saturday for drinks in the sunshine first impression clean fresh and great atmosphere , second time bank holiday Monday where it seams the service was short staffed but the blonde girl on shift was attentive and doing all she could to make sure as many people were as happy as possible �. I think any small issues are teething issues which any new business has and I for one will back and looking forward to experiencing the night vibe in here

Took Bryn and Beau, discerning doggy diners this evening. They were treated like royalty. Loved their bowl of chips and special treatment being fed their ice cream. Staff and customers went out their way to welcome them. They are now exhausted. Forgot to mention steaks were amazing, musician was fab and drinks were top notch. Can you open a branch in Glasgow please? Highly recommend this to anyone and every dog!

I rang the potting shed to book a table on Wednesday for football on Saturday a table of 12 ladies on a hen do, to be told they weren’t taking bookings! We went anyway and loads of tables reserved so I’ve did ask the bar staff at first they were dismissive and said we should have booked online (I wasnt told this was an option had just been told we couldn’t reserve a table) the Stuart saved the day and made us a special table in-front if the tv with a really good view!! 12 very happy hens do ladies.

Great decor love the garden theme. Lots of very attentive staff love the sheds own pilsner and the burgers are out of this world. and they are very doggy friendly. Love this place. I shall be returning

Food was amazing, Yorkshire burgers unusual concept served in puddings instead of bun �

Jess our waitress was really great super professional and looked after us

Awesome lively venue with very friendly staff, amazing live musicians on every night! It's so great to see venues such as the Potting Shed still celebrating live music in the area!

An incredible experience! Alternative bar and restaurant with great food and wonderful live music. On the night there seems to be DJ sets which is always a solid laugh and good fun. I definitely recommend! - The prices aren't sky high and the staff are lovely and polite to speak to. If you haven't been, then have a look in and around. 5* for a reason

Amazing vibe throughout the day and night live music which was a great change to any over bar! Staff are very kind and are helpful with every need deffienly a great place to spend your free time 😃

A great suprise, the potting shed has an outside, in feel to it, staff are friendly. My partner and I ordered pizzas meat feast and duck, they were beautifully cooked. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

We went on a Thursday at 6:00. Great atmosphere, lovely setting, steaks were cooked perfectly. We had to ask for a couple of missing items which were brought to us fairly quickly. Kids menu burger was a good size. Fantastic music being played /sung. Would definitely come again.

Lovely place, very decadent, but food was very disappointing, luke warm heated up lasagne, very dry... very underwhelmed, cold garlic bread...!!

The venue itself is very well done and looks beautiful but unfortunately I was terribly let down by pretty much everything else. My friend went to the bar to order as no one came to our table, when ordering they were sold out of two things (aperol spritz and halloumi fries) when enquiring about the wine offer they stated it was £12 a bottle for their offer but the flyer on the table said £10 they said this was a printing error they did proceed to give us it at £10. We ordered a lamb kebab and a chicken kebab with a side of sweet potato fries this food took no longer than 4 minutes to come out which I was extremely shocked at as my friend had only just sat down with the drinks. When tucking into my food I was instantly disappointed the fries were Luke warm, the chicken was so dry I actually choked and they had to get me water and my friends lamb was just shocking to be quite Honest and neither of us finished it. We had no one check back on us at all through our meal and we are still sat here with our plates in front of us after 40 minutes waiting for them to be cleared. Overall a highly disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend. I sincerely hope it improves.

I went to the potting shed early yesterday evening for dinner with a friend. First of all he over charged us. The food the came with food that we had asked to be removed due to being allergic to it. I then had to ask for cutlery twice before receiving them.

Beautiful venue but you need to do some serious training with your staff.

Everything was fine until 45 minutes had gone by so I went to check on our food and apparently till 2 wasn’t connected to the kitchen so they never go the order. This ‘restaurant’ has been open less than a month and they already have a problem with their till? When confronted, nothing was offered and a half hearted apology was given. Then they proceeded to eat into our time even more by being incredibly slow to give us our refund. I HOPE I hear something from them to apologise as a new business relies heavily on reputation and recommendation. Something I won’t be doing unless I am contacted and the problem has been rectified. Utterly disappointed.

Today me and a group of work colleagues went for lunch. Ordered our food, then after waiting 45minutes we were told they had not sent the order to the kitchen as the till was broken. As we were on lunch we had to leave and was offered a refund but no apology or anyway of making things better. Total was of our lunch time.

Poor quality food served by to few staff. When I complained there was a feeling we were just another dumb punter. Nice place but I would not eat there as there are better in the area. If you sit outside the plants need a prune so you can sit in the chairs and look out for the wasps
