Found their add on Auto Trader one night and gave them a call without any idea of how late it was. Never the less I still got a response and was set up to chat with a member of the sales team the next day. The guys there gave me a fantastic experience throughout and never failed to respond to a text message, answer the phone or give me a call back if they missed me. I had to travel a fair way to go and view the car, so they kindly sent me numerous walk around videos of the inside and outside of my car before hand so I could really see what it was I was going to viewing. Agreed a holding deposit and date to view the car, then went to see it. Friendly staff and great service matched all reviews we had seen online, the whole experience was completely hassle free.

Highly recommend to anybody looking for a great car at a competitive market price !

I saw the ad in Autotrader for the Audi A5 coupe in the colour I really wanted (Utopia blue). Gave the showroom a call and spoke with Ted. Immediately I knew I would get on with him as he was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and with good sense of humour. He even gave me a verbal walk around the car and answered any questions I had at that time. He wanted to make sure I was completely happy with me making the 1.5 hour journey to view the car. On the strength of our chat that's exactly what I did.

I met Ted and he dedicated the next 2 hours going over everything about the car. He was honest and completely transparent. We completed the deal, which I was very happy with and I collected the car the day after so it could be in the best showroom condition.

I only dealt with Ted but the other members of the team were friendly and courteous. The Autotrader award they received recently is very well deserved and I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I recently saw the Ford Focus RS in Performance Blue on the autotrader website, after making a telephone to Ian initially he was honest and said I would be better if I spoke to Ted as he new more about the vehicle. After talking to Ted for about 40 minutes and him answering all of my questions in a honest and professional manner, I put a holding deposit on the vehicle and explained I would be up the following day to view the car. Ted assured me just what condition this vehicle was in and I would not be wasting my time or fuel on the 1 1/2 hour journey.



On my arrival at the dealership I met Ted, who was actually polishing the car on my arrival, and true to his words the car was as he described, I also met other members of the team who all made me feel very welcome, no pressure at all was put on me, and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with people who are very passionate about cars and giving you a pleasant experience.

A nice warm welcome and a good cup of tea made in a kitchen not out of a machine .The car was immaculate just as described and after we bought it discs pads and a headlight fitted before we picked it up. That is great service and why we will recommend premium car collection to our family and friends.
