About The Prince Of Waterloo

The Prince of Waterloo is a beautiful 16th century village pub that has recently undergone complete refurbishment. Please come and see us for a drink in our sunny beer garden, bar or wine bar!

The Prince Of Waterloo Description

The Prince of Waterloo pub is situated in rural Winford, 5 minutes from Bristol Airport and only 15 minutes from the centre of Bristol.

The Prince of Waterloo is a splendid 16th century village pub. Today it not only serves as the hub of the community, but also offers the warmest welcome to those from further afield who wish to eat and drink in this beautiful country setting.

We serve food all day from 12 noon till 8. 30pm daily. Our menu is traditional, home cooked food. We offer a large range of premium lagers, ales and wines. Also we sell freshly ground organic coffee, a range of Teapigs and various flavours of Marshfield Farm ice cream.

Children are more than welcome but we do ask that they bring adults with them.

We have facilities to host private functions and have outdoor space for our customers to enjoy.

Keeping the village pub at the heart of the village.

We we're a party of twelve and had a variety of meals. The empty plates told the story. Puddings followed and we're all eaten and really delicious. Plus very good service with a smile. Will visit again and thoroughly recommend.

The pub is gorgeous and the staff so helpful and friendly. I arrived in a cab and the cabbie said it was a great place; he was right.

We stayed in the accommodation over the road. Fantastic value!!!

The breakfast spread is fabulous!

Place is modern and bed was really comfortable room is small but so what.

Bathroom had a bath and shower over bath with great water pressure.

There is no pub meals on a Sunday night but staff were very happy to recommend other options which we followed and food was great.
