The Princess Royal Hospital

I have just had the best experience at Telford Hospital. My baby was a c section and I couldn't have had better care. Really grateful to all the staff. 5 star!

My wife was a recent patient at PRH as an emergency. From the time she was admitted to when her care was transferred to RJAH she received excellent care. At times ther was not enough nurses for the number of patients but they still managed to ensure no one suffered as a result of this is. Many of them worked what I consider unacceptable length of shifts and they still kept their caring happy disposition. If there is a negative point it would be the food. My wife eats mainly vegetarian food of which there was only a limited choice and what she did have lacked flavour and sometimes she was unable to eat it.
It's very rare we read anything positive about the NHS and PRH in particularly has had some negative press recently. I can only speak as I find and want to thank them for looking after my wife.

Absolute shambles. Disorganised mess. Serious work needs doing there, frontline staff are nice but the whole work structure is beyond belief.

my experience with the hospital over a lot of years i could not have had better treatment,nurses & doctors were brilliant ,they saved my life once, care top class .and on going treatment. i am 74 years old big thanks to N.H.S.

Car Park staff ruin the hospital experence.

Always been great in the Head and Neck Sept. Nursing staff are friendly, helpful and professional, consultant Mr Bowyer was faultless; operating staff with usual black sense of humour that was perfect for me. Only criticism I can make is of the food, but hey, no one has high expectations of hospital food do they?!

Staff are amazing! Looked after me so well while I was In labour and the after care was even better felt like I had paid for a 5 star hotel ha! Thank you so much to all the midwives doctors and nurses x

Staff are nice most of the time but the place is underfunded. Triage is a long wait and the place is crowded, to top it all off the car park is privately owned and you have to pay parking.
