We changed to The Property Hive to sell our bungalow and were very glad we did. It took quite a while to sell as it was quite an unusual house but Sylvia got us plenty of viewings and we sold in December. Considering that property hive were not our estate agent but on the end of our chain for moving home , we have nothing but admiration for the way they helped us during a very stressful time . Amazing service, I believe the property hive were pretty much instrumental in making our move happen! We viewed a home we loved which was being marketed by property hive, (more out of curiosity) and didn’t even have ours on the market. We were working to a very tight time scale so didn’t believe the house we wanted was in our sights at all. The property hive managed to value, photograph, virtual tour, market and sell within days and now here we are in our dream home! All the staff were clearly very committed and very adept at forging and maintaining relationships with their clients, making negotiations, progress enquiries etc a breeze. We did consider saving a few bob by trying to do this ourselves, we’re so glad we didn’t. Minimal stress, smooth transition. We were so glad to have them on our team!
