The Psychoanalyst

Trained in Hypnotherapy and Psychoanalysis, I combine the two therapies to help you find answers to deeply rooted anxieties such as fear, phobias and depression.

Psychoanalysis is a 6 - 12 week therapy where you will be asked to recount memories using a process called 'Free-Association' where your unconscious mind will automatically link and connect all of your thoughts and memories together bringing you to a clear understanding of the origins of your symptoms.
