It’s Gin Of The Week time! Silent Pool is a classic... Produced using 24 botanicals and the cool, clear spring-water from the Silent Pool itself. We like to garnish it with lavender and a slice of pear, to complement its notes of lavender, chamomile and honey and balance the fresh citrus. Have you ever tried this way? Tell us what you think!
