We are launching our small plates early in April and as we build up to the launch night we are having a taster evening where we are looking for feedback on some of our new dishes.
So we have prepared two balanced menus, one for each evening, with a range of small plates and tapas for you to choose from.
Each table will be provided with feedback sheets and each customer can select 3 dishes for just ┬Ż10 per person!

Would like to say this was one of the best restaurants we have eaten in drink and food spot on and staff really helpful will go again and recommend to friends and family.

We've been to The Quadrant quite a few times now for both special occasions with all the family and just popping in for lunch when passing. It's fantastic. The staff are friendly and really accommodating with our toddler - making sure he is happy and he loves their carbonara from the kids menu. The food is fresh and really tasty and I'd highly recommend the burgers or sizzling steak platter. The new tapas menu is great if you just want a few bites for lunch, again, I'd recommend the halloumi fries! They also have a great drinks menu with local and speciality gins. I'm sure we'll be be back again soon.

We visited The Quadrant when it was the sample menu offer (outstanding value for money). The restaurant was buzzing with people having a lovely evening and all the staff were ever so friendly. We couldn't fault the choice and quality of food.

We held the start of my sisters surprise hen festivities here. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great and we were really looked after by the staff. Would highly recommend- thanks to all!

We celebrated my 60th birthday party at the Quadrant and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Dave and Amy made everything so easy for us and looked after us so well. The service on the evening was exceptional and the food was gorgeous. We had 20 people for the meal and afterwards they organised musicians to play so we could have a dance. We all had a wonderful time and we would recommend the Quadrant as a place to have a special evening.

We asked The Quadrant to be the caters for our wedding and I cannot tell you how impressed we were. From every meeting we had with TQ we knew we had made the right decision.



Not only did they create the most wonderful menu for us, we are vegetarians and they didn't blink an eye at us wanting a full veggie menu - canapes, wedding breakfast & evening food.



We got marred on the 26th May and our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. We got married at Church Farm and TQ provided all waiting on staff too, all of which were wonderful.



If you're looking for someone to cater an event for you make sure you speak to Adam, Dave or Amy - the dream team.

We always have a great meal there. The new menu is impressive and I am looking forward to returning very soon. I would highly recommend as there is a lovely, friendly atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough for you.

This is a hidden gem , with lovely friendly staff , excellent choice of wine,bettered only by exquisite food and prepared to perfection . You will not be disappointed, we go every month it's that good !

The staff were so helpful and attentive through the night. I am really fussy with how my steak is cooked but it was done exactly how I like it. One of the waitresses had just started and my latte came out a bit cold but she saw to it straight away and came back with a really hot one plus extra mints - which my husband was only too happy to devour. Lovely evening. Thank you.

The Restaurant provided 80 covers for Hoylake Rugby Clubs Annual dinner on Saturday 25th Nov 2017. The Chef, Dave provided a delicious soup to start followed by Beef with seasonal veg roasted new potatoes and horse radish sauce and finished with sticky toffee pudding. Every mouthful was delicious. His serving staff were incredibly professional and we certainly will be using them again. Highly recommended.

Quite a large family of us that went and although i wasnt keen on this place when it was called the Portrait House, but thought i'd give it a go. And i tell you what! Well worth it! Staff were friendly, service was impeccable! And food was amazing! King prawns all the way! Best in hoylake. Definately recommend and will be going back.

Popped in for Lunch today and had the 3 for 2 menu and every dish was beautifully presented and every bite was delicious!!! The staff were warm and friendly as always it never dissapoints!!! This is my new favourite place to dine... ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Lovely place, only had an afternoon drink there, staff were very friendly! The place is really nicely decorated and I will be booking soon for a meal there as it looks amazing.'

First time since it became the quadrant went for our anniversary bit slow with the drinks when we first went in but hey they made up for it because food and the staff were excellent and we will be definitely going back that's why it's gets 5 stars ’┐Į

Fantastic evening service and the food was gorgeous.

Excellent menu, fabulous food which looked and tasted great, lovely staff, amazing ambience and a beautiful wine list can't wait to come back ’┐Į

Came down for lunch today with my good friend. Found the food, coffee and service to be lovely. The steak that I had was cooked to a perfect medium and the sticky toffee pudding was absolutely spot on. The waiting staff was lovely, attentive and made me feel so welcome



Thanks for making this a lovely experience and will definitely return again for meal.

Went with husband & mum in law, had a lovely meal. Cauliflower soup, prawns with chorizo & cod fish cakes for our starters, then steaks for husband & mum in law & chicken for myself. So very tasty, had to take a mark off as husband had stick toffee pudding but very disappointing as no dates in it & didnŌĆÖt taste very sticky very bland. Atmosphere was very good.
