we had our wedding reception & night time party here on the 28th September & have to say it was amazing!! everything we wanted & more � the staff were so helpful & friendly but our biggest thanks goes to Clare scott,who helped to make our day so special! Clare you are so thoughtful & all your little touches made were just beautiful!! Thankyou for making the biggest day of our life so gorgeous & special � xxx

We had our wedding here on November 18th 2 years of planning beforehand and all of the staff were friendly and helpful all the way through our day was exactly as we wanted and imagined it would be we cannot thank the staff enough for the hard work they put in to make our day perfect xx

We had our son’s christening here and I must say that Clare was so helpful in organising everything beforehand. The day ran smoothly; the venue was perfect and the staff very helpful throughout the day too. The food was lovely and there was plenty for everyone to go back for a second helping. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for any future events.

We had our reception party here on the 7.4.18 and everyrhing was amazing they had lots of little touches what I loves and kept everything running smoothly they made sure I didnt have to worry about anything very good and the venue was stunning and the guests loved it

We got married here Friday 29th September from start to finish it was absolutely perfect, from the first meeting to the end of our wedding night everything was handled professionally and nothing was too much bother from making us cups of tea to booking taxi's for guests, our master of ceremony Peter was outstanding going out of his way on the day to make everything ran smoothly, while organising our day Clare was great with communication had some fab ideas and made sure all the timings were correct on the day, we can not thank the bar staff enough for how attentive to our guests they were it's the little things that make the difference, our 3 course meal was delicious as was the evening buffet,the evening dj was very chatty and knew how to get our guests involved, we literally can not fault this venue thank you for making our wedding day the best day of our life's . We can't thank the staff at the quayside exchange enough for helping us to have the most fantastic wedding day last weekend.

From the day we booked up until us leaving last Saturday night the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing day.

The venue was dressed so beautifully, we couldn't have asked for more and the food was fantastic, portions were a really good size.

We would like to say an extra big thank you to Claire for making our amazing invites, table plans etc and to Natalie for helping to make sure everything ran so smoothly, if anything did go wrong we weren't aware of it as you just seemed to be on top of every detail.

All of our guests said how much they enjoyed our day and that the venue was great.

Had my wedding reception here yesterday from 3pm right thru till 12....the 3 course meal was absolutely beautiful and piping hot...the hot and cold buffet on the evening was just as beautiful...Chris was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble for him the day went without any hitches...Claire I know we were pain in the arses from day 1 but you had the up most patience with us...would highly recommend the quayside exchange if you're planning an event thank you all John and Nicky xxx

I got married here in the Vault on the 1st June and had a fantastic day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked amazing and the staff were more than happy to add decorations I had brought.

Our 3 course meal was delicious and the portion sizes were great. I couldn't eat all of mine! They also catered for our gluten free guests with no problem.

The evening food was also really good and I noticed a lot of our guests tucking in to full plates! I don't recall the wedding cake being out was announced though, so quite a few guests didn't realise it was there and we ended up with a lot left over.

I would have given 5 stars except as a previous reviewer has mentioned, the patio could have been tidied up a bit. I ended up dragging cigarette butts around in my train! We were lucky and had a really warm day so most people were on the terrace but there weren't very many chairs, so more outdoor seating would be good for the summer.

All of our guests said the venue was lovely and that they had a really good day. The points I have made are small and didn't stop myself and my husband having a truly amazing wedding day. Thank you to all the staff who made it possible, including Natalie, Clare and the gentleman who looked after us at night time (sorry I can't remember your name!) xxx
