The Queens Head

First time visit on a Wednesday. They have 2 courses for £10 offers. Very good value. The food was way better than expected. Freshly prepared and most importantly, very very tasty. We ordered squid rings and chicken wings as starters. They were excellent!! Main dishes came with rice. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely come back to taste more of their dishes. Photo shows we finished all the food, including the stir fried beef and veggie soup. Yum yum! Great work chef.

Amazing food choices, very good price and fab location - owner of restaurant transferred from previous site and makes the place as good as ever! No faults at all.

This is my favourite Thai restaurant. The Tom kha soup and green curry are my favourites, but honestly you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. The patrons are very friendly.

Our second visit after a six month gap between visits. The food is freshly cooked and the red pork on the specials board is absolutely marvellous. We shared a mixed starter which was plenty for the two of us. Staffed with pleasant knowledgeable persons too. We'll back sooner next time as we have tried other ex pub converted Thai restaurant in the area & we believe that this is by far the best.

Excellent, authentic Thai food, friendly staff, nice environment. Only negative I can think of is a lack of real ales. But highly recommended.

Good takeaway

Fantastic food

Great food, if only let down by slow service after the meal to take plates and bill which is a pet hate of mine. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Will still visit again.

Since October now a Thai menu. Excellent food, service and lovely staff.
