Friendly staff and a good option of meals :-)

Went for supper here. The service was slow and when food arrived it was very poor. Strange atmosphere with owner and wife sat at a table in restaurant on laptop. Fellow customers complained re food and they took it off bill but no apology from boss. Very odd.

Nice friendly place staff are helpful ,nice bar and food,rooms could be brought up to date teles to small.

We stopped in for a quick drink one afternoon. The atmosphere was relaxed and service friendly, it was just a shame there were no local ales on tap at the time.

I found The Queens Head to be a friendly welcoming place to visit. They had a live band on so it was really busy but the service was still good.

Gorgeous town. Old English feel. Rooms were big clean and we got a good nights sleep. I'd stay here again I. A second.

Just eat have a few drinks in a very comfortable oldy worldly bar. Lovely restaurant next door. Dog friendly. Lovely staff.

Good food, lovely service with friendly staff in a pretty town.

Lunchtime crowd was a little bit subdued. Prefer something a little more friendly. That said I've had a couple of very nice meals in the restaurant.
