Went for a spot of lunch on Friday and it was amazing. I have coeliac disease so have to have a gluten free diet. I had soup to start which was delicious and gluten free bread, for main I had a burger in a gluten free bun with chips. To say I was impressed is an understatement. It is hard to find somewhere that caters for me and my son but the Rams and the staff including the Chef were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to sample further gluten free meals from their menu. Thank you

We called in on Saturday for a drink the girl behind the bar was very bubbly she give us a lovely welcome. We ended up staying for lunch as the food looked lovely and we wasn't disappointed it was very nice. We will definitely be coming back for another meal there.

The best steak I have ever had, plus it was on an a regular offer .. very rare to get the the good stuff when it's on a good deal plus free wine as part of deal, we went on a Weds, service was perfect from Neda Will and Tom definately be back xa

I was meeting a friend who was travelling from the South to Liverpool so we needed somewhere that was just off the M6. We had intended to go to the Parrs Arms. It was full so we went next door to the Rams Head. We were both really glad that we did. We had a lovely meal and the service was really friendly. We will definitely go there again when she is travelling this way at another time. And we will both recommend it.

Had a meal here on Thursday, food was perfect from an exallent menue and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, will definitely be coming back.

Had a lovely meal here with my partner. Food was perfectly cooked. We both couldn't stop talking about the attentive staff and how delicious the food was. Go here if you get the opportunity, you won't regret it! I recommend the lamb shank and my partner the steak and ale pie!

Had a lovely meal here today. The food was excellent with numerous tasty veggie and vegan options and the service was brilliant!

Food was excellent!! Only small issue was someone in our party ordered a black coffee and it came white. When he said that he had ordered black it didn't go down v well with the waitress and he got a pretty bad look!! Other than that no complaints at all.

Excellent service and food. Brought our dog with us and the staff helped us find a table in the dog friendly area. We were on a boat trip on the canal for the day so didn't have much time, but service was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend this lovely pub, hope to visit again very soon. Thank you to all the staff.

Been here a few times and it's always been ok/reasonable ( 3.5 territory ) but they seem to have upped their game and happy to go for a 5 star this time. Nice location, easy parking. Staff great and that makes a big difference.

Absolutely love this place. We tend to opt for steak when we eat there. It's always cooked to perfection. The ambience is very inviting, which the lovely staff help to create but especially the lovely French waiter, Michael. He's always chatty and courteous.

Glad next door was fully booked. Great Guinness and a lovely Sunday dinner in relaxed surroundings. Very pleasant, what's not to like.?
