The Range, Weston-Super-Mare

The craft department at the Weston super made store has a lot of price labels missing. They look like there was a price increase and not finished. Great look ahead of Christmas.

Just asked for discount on damaged cat scratching post they only reduce by 30%.not worth it. Said they'd send it back! Surely somethings better than nothing!

Store itself is good, nice range of stuff. However the staff could use a lesson on customer service and actually looking like they enjoy their jobs. I know its a Sunday but cone on.

Has lots to offer inside the store. The cafe upstairs is managed very well with great staff. Always a pleasure to visit. The only negative is the scruffy exterior.

This store is jam packed with interesting and useful items! Since moving to the area, I have been buying my pet products from here instead of other stores, and have managed to save myself some pennies!

Great selection and ample parking I go there frequently. Only gripe is there are not enough staff on the tills.

A good shop for all household items and always well stocked but the checkouts are a nightmare poorly positioned not enough staff and a till system out of the dark ages , come on the Range get it sorted.

Good range of children's art activity boxes. Great range at Christmas for lights and decorations. Lies of at supplies, bargain confectionery. Good homewares.
