Great home cooked food, great staff, made us and our dogs feel welcome

Called in for a meal whilst staying at the Nurseries Caravan Site. Serves 'Pub style' food at reasonable prices. Opted for the burger and chips, chips were homemade and very nice, overall the meal was good.

Good beers,nice setting and a great garden.But why no food or Sunday lunches on the last bank holiday weekend even though there are signs saying food served from 12 every day!!.You guys could have made a fortune.

Lovely traditional pub set in tranquil village with excellent Batemans ales and Westons cider. I wish this was my local.

2 TV`s to watch sport games.. Wheelchair accessible .

The Red Lion changed hands at the end of July 2016 and went from a lovely varied menu to cheap fried pub food. No veggie options on the menu at all except a sandwich or a jacket potato. Very disappointing.
