What does the online workshop offer? Your online workshop offers support and inspiring ideas for general mindset, health and wellbeing. I share what works for me, and what has also made a difference in those around me or who have worked with me. The workshop works well within the timeframe, but you can also do it in your own time as you will continue to have the support of the group ongoing from the 6 weeks. There will be suggestions for life planning, gratitude, healthy habits, creativeness, clarity, gently pushing the comfort zone, plus shared meditations and more.
Your online workshop runs for 6 weeks in the new year. We will have your Facebook group community ready to begin your workshop on Wednesday 2nd January until Wednesday 13th February - Your Facebook group will remain after then, for continued inspiration, community, positivity and support.

Well, volunteering done.😌 Alex and I had a great day yesterday on the afternoon/evening shift with Crisis. It was great to have joined a night shift and also a day shift, to get to see both sides.
Yesterday, on the day shift (4pm-11pm), we were getting to interact with more people - playing bingo, chatting over tea, watching karaoke (we didn’t dare embarrass others with our wonderful singing skills 🙄😂), giving out clothing, washing up through dinner time (check out sneaky ki...tchen selfie in photo 2), watching over sleeping areas, looking after the cinema room, luggage, and so on.
It was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves, but hard to think that from today, the school need the building back and it’s time for everyone to leave. 💔
We each met some amazing people. I was inspired by so many who try to remain positive, despite knowing they’ll be back living on the streets after Crisis has to close.
I will forever remember the HUUUGE grin on that man’s face when he won an aluminium water bottle at bingo. 🙏🏻❤️
The circumstances of the guests (homeless) vary. You just never know how something can change and you can be in a difficult situation.
I would recommend anyone to take the chance at helping Crisis one Christmas with their volunteering. They always need help. Yesterday, just in our one shelter, we fed 165 guests. 165!! 🙁 125 had slept there the night before.
Alex and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to volunteer and would definitely look at helping out again where we can. We just hope that we managed to brighten someone’s day and will always appreciate the little things we can so easily take for granted in life. 🙏🏻

Alex and I, Clare, are home. Slightly delirious after being awake over 26 hours, but what’s one night’s lack of sleep for this... We are just back from a Crisis for Christmas shelter in which we helped over 100 homeless people enjoy a night of warmth, comfort, security, and sleep.
We have another shift to do Saturday and will share more after then. Right now we feel blessed to be able to help and blessed to have comforts to return to for some rest. It’s so easy to take small things for granted. 🙏🏻

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for yesterday, me and my sister came in for my sisters 30th birthday surprise and had treatments and afternoon tea, with complimentary glasses of champagne. We have been coming to the reef for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you again and see you soon.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tina - she did my spray tan for my wedding and I was really pleased with the result. Lovely natural colour, which was exactly what I wanted. Tina was fantastic at making me feel at ease and was happy to let me stay after closing time to avoid the rain! Thank you �

Just had my eyebrows done for the first time at the reef! I am now going to be a regular customer!! All of the staff were so friendly and I'm so happy with my eyebrows!!! Would highly recommend!!!

I was given some treatments as a birthday gift from my lovely friend. Alex was my therapist; I cannot recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough. Great practice, polite and considerate as well as knowledgeable. We had a great time and I love, love, love my tootsies. Thank you very much everyone at The Reef.

I have my nails done - Shellac every 2-3 weeks here at The Reef in Maidstone - The Ladies are always very professional, chatty and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door - the atmosphere is always very calming which is helped by the music played in the background during treatment - Thankyou Ladies for doing a fabulous job with your lovely smiles �xx

I have been several times before and each time I am made to feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff are all friendly and professional and care for their customers individually. I was there today once again, this time for my a deep tissue massage from Alex! Alex is simply amazing ... I always feel so relaxed when I come away from the reef, whether it's a massage or an eye brow wax, they always make you feel special at the reef. I had the Fresh Skin facial and Hot Stone massage today and I would highly recommend; it was the most relaxing and calming atmosphere and the therapist was calming too to match the mood. The girls at The Reef are very lovely and offer an amazing service.

I had a really lovely day! Everyone was so nice and the treatments were wonderful. Courtney is an angel!

I had a lovely deep tissue massage today! Georgina was great! She really listened, & took on board where I have the most pain in my back/shoulders. I would highly recommend the Reef to my friends & family. Thank you!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so happy with the service I received both girls I saw was so professional, welcoming and I had a laugh with both. The lady who did my treatment was Ione! She did such a fantastic job! I will certainly be recommending and worth the money!! Thank u for such a lovely experience after a hard days work, just what I needed!! 🙌🙌❤️❤️

I came to The Reef with my sister on our birthday as we had been given a treatment each as a gift.



I chose a Deep Tissue massage and it was wonderful. Courtney was my therapist and she was so friendly and welcoming, and her hands worked their magic! The treatment was fantastic; it really sorted my knotted back out from too many hours sat at a computer, and I felt extremely relaxed and pampered when I left. I also loved the relaxation room so I could stay zen for a little while longer before I had to go home.



It was the perfect treat and I would love to come back again. Thank you for making my birthday very special.

Had the most wonderfully relaxing spa day, tipped off by a delicious afternoon tea. Nothing was too much trouble for Clare and the team, and quite frankly, I feel like a new woman! See you soon!

Had the most relaxing pregnancy massage today - maddie made me feel completely comfortable. The team new That my mums flight had got cancelled due to the snow and would not make it to a big baby weekend therefore gave me a little bag of goodies to chear me up! What a wonderful experience! Cannot recommend Reef enough - wouldn’t go elsewhere !
