The guys at The Riders Guild serviced our bikes really well and sourced a new basket for my Wife's bike, which is cracking. The pick up and drop off service was great, and would recommend their services to anyone!

Thanks so much for servicing our bikes and all your help with finding the right child seat for Charlie and fitting it for me. We went out today for the first time with him on the back and it was fab . He loved it.

TRG is the go to place for me, although not my most local bike shop, but one that I'll always go to. Bought an Evil Following from them and they built it for me with parts off my old bike.

Really impressed with The Riders' Guild and the guys who work there. Decided to get myself a Whyte, and popped in for a chat. Even though I was going through Cyclescheme (so bike shop makes no profit off the sale) Aaron spent a good half hour discussing the pros and cons of my potential bikes. Since then I've received my bike and had the first service on it, as well as picking up a couple of accessories. Every time I've been in I've received great customer service, with Brett and Troy being very happy to chat and answer my questions. These guys have made me feel really welcome in the shop.



After the service I received a video of the bike explaining what had been done, which I thought was a great touch. As a newbie rider it helped me to understand a lot more about the work done than I would've got from a piece of paper.



Definitely worth spending a little bit more (compared to online) to get this kind of service. Thanks a lot guys, you've secured yourself a repeat customer. (Apologies if I screwed up names!)

Just wanted to thank The Riders Guild for some great customer service today, Cycled over from Bognor to pick up some tyre sealenat as I used up an old bottle topping up the rear tyre but didn't have enough. Grabbed a bottle and paid turn back to the bike flat tyre. Cheekly asked if I could use there workshop for 5mins. not only did you guys say yes you did it yourselfs. Just a request while Im typing any chance of stocking JIZ products in the near future.

I have just bought a bike from these guys, which for me has been a long process. During which I have sought advice from all of them on every element of the bike build. Their enthusiasm and knowledge has been very refreshing and the sense that they were there to help get it right was clear.



The bike is now complete and had its first outing at the weekend. It has been put together perfectly by Brett and with the same passion as if it had been his own bike, which is something I really appreciate.



The YETI ASRc is a great bike and suits what I want, that mix of cross country speed with trail comfort and fun.



I would happily recommend the Riders Guild as a top quality shop with great staff.



17th August 2016 and Aaron and Tree have done it again Yeti has been upgraded to XX1 Eagle having been able to test ride it on Steve's bike. Amazing, more climbing gears, while still able to pedal downhill. Shifting is as you would expect smooth and positive, and I love the gold, which is supposed to be harder wearing !! We will see. Brought a front light from RG which later did not charge. They took the light back no questions asked and had the battery replaced.
