Welcome to The Rock Hotel, nestled in the sceneic and rual village of Holywell Green - just a short drive from Halifax and Huddersfield and conveniently located halfway between Leeds and Manchester on the M62.

Now under new ownership we are a completely independent and privately owned hotel that has recently been redecorated and renovated with 27 high specification en-site rooms available at competitive rates.

The restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and all of the food is home made, . Freshly prepared and locally sourced. You’ll find a wonderful selection of traditional british pub favourites but done to an extremely high standard, along side a selection of popular dishes from around the world.

Our bar is open all day every day and serves a great choice of beers, wines, spirits and local real ales. It’s a cosy, laid back environment with open fires and a pool table and we often have entertainment on. There’ll always be some friendly faces in there to socailise with as we attract small but friendly group of local regular customers.

We have several function rooms which can be completely customised to meet the needs of any event from formal business meetings to lavish parties. Our smaller rooms are perfect for private dining, intimate gatherings or small business meetings whilst the larger areas are fantastic for Weddings, Conferences and Product Launches.
