The best Sunday roast I have had in a long time! The staff were amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed. Children welcomed which is a plus as I had two of mine with me, they loved the food too. Will definitely be back soon!!

Great pub, lovely atmosphere, OZ James is just gorgeous. We had the best Sunday afternoon in the garden and really enjoyed the food and drinks.

Cosy and welcoming. Great patio garden area if you fancy Al fresco and a ciggie with patio heaters. Friendly bar staff and good food

Ordered the fries, which are £4 each, and was extremely disappointed. Not only were they very small portions but they were undercooked and I had to ask for the crab sauce that is meant to come with. The sauce wasn't very nice. It's a shame because the pub has a nice atmosphere and lovely interiors, but I felt ripped off. I won't be recommending.

Had to downgrade my rating as I just went in for a roast and waited an hour for my food. The food was alright, but an hour wait? And we weren’t offered any sort of compensation for our troubles.

Excessive use of the C and F words at teatime by loud mouth regulars. Not the place to bring women or children. Might be acceptable at an evening footy match, but not while people are eating. Needless to say, the bar area was empty. Nice food though. Strong bar manager required- apply within.

booked in for Xmas dinner, all pre-ordered and paid for in advance. was really looking forward to it but was left bitterly disappointed. starter was good, main was mediocre and it all went downhill from there... our party of 3 was largely ignored by the waiting staff, they ran out of dessert and then tried to charge me for the meal again! never again :(
