had a fabulous Sunday Family Dinner today for 6. Great food, great friendly service. Easy to find with good parking. Family and doggie friendly, good roomy outside garden. Worth a visit great value too. We will return, easy to get to from the old railway line from Wickham if you want to walk off road to it x

Went for lunch on BH Monday, and it was delicious. Food was piping hot & stayed hot even tho I was sat outside, friendly staff. My friend had the steak, which was juicy & tender (commented it one of the best he'd had for a long while!), while I had the chicken breast burger.

Great selection of classic pub grub and drinks. Have been a number of times before and am sure will be back again soon!

Booked for Saturday night and the amazing 2 sirloins plus a bottle of wine for £30 deal.

Steaks cooked perfectly as requested, everything seasoned to perfection, amazing value. All the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Not the first time we have eaten here (we live in Whiteley and lots of people here love it too!) So will return. If I could award more stars, I would. Very lovely place. � Thanks for a fab evening.

After making probably hundreds of trips driving past The Roebuck finally decided to give the place a go. We weren't disappointed. They do not do a bar snack menu like baguettes etc but there was enough on the menu to decide on something else. My wife went for the liver and onions and mash. She is quite fussy on her liver and onions buy was the best she has had. Full of flavour and cooked fresh to order. I had a home made pie of the day with mash and fresh veg of the day. Beautifully cooked and served well. OK so we paid a little more than we would normally but we'll worth it.
