What a stunning place to relax and enjoy great company..fantastic food brilliant artwork and the hostess with the mostess!!! Definitely reccomend!!!

Super delicious veggie Sunday roast - one of the best I've ever had! The staff are lovely too! I will definitely be making regular trips to this most delightful pub.

Proper home made burger � & chips which is rare these days! Good portion,not loads heaped on plate to cover lack of quality basically! Enjoyed every mouthful,keep up the good work Annie & Sofia!

Popped in quickly to say hello and see how things had changed, (just being nosey really) I was greeted with an opened door by the lovely Sophia who's warmth and humour are immediate.. I was introduced to the landlady (mum) and straight away felt at home.. the atmosphere was fun and welcoming I was shown around and love the outside snug area... it's been a good few years since I last stepped through the door, the decor is fresh and rustic but 'cool', there's interesting art on show, the food and menu looked amazing, an open fire is always a winner with me, that twinned with softer lighting in different areas created a great ambiance.. it was a shame I had to leave as really was meant as a flying visit but I'll be back to sample some of the awesome food on offer very soon... I've never seen two people more suited and at home behind the bar.. Sophia's tenacity is obvious and it's lovely to see the Rope Walk has new custodians with fresh ideas and clear intentions of doing well.. I wish you every success :)

Nice little venue with a great atmosphere. A lot of artwork from local artists and good beer on tap.

Lovely wee place, with an amazing landlady. Awesome, predominantly local, graffiti hanging inside,friendly staff, and the wonderful smell of pastries, makes for super a homely and comfy vibe. The beer garden is in closed in by walls that are covered in murals on one side and heaters on the other. . The best part being at all of the artworks rotate every couple of months or so, to ensure a full display of Bristonian Street Art. Only suggestion would be to lower the lights slightly more in the evenings. 13/10 would definitely return and recommend

Lovely pub, very much a home from home feel. It wS like sitting in my front room.

Lovely lady & chap behind the bar, both very friendly & chatty.

Nice outdoor comfy chair area with wall heaters ..... will definitely be back.

Love this pub! A warm welcome from very friendly staff. Nice selection of food. A fantastic beer garden. Great artwork on the walls. A credit to Ann the lovely landlady! :D

I visited this place with my colleges from work for the first time and I completely loved it. I liked the coffee and it was on very good price as well. Very pleasant stuff as well- a nice bunch of cool,young people. It kind of reminds me of my home which is Bulgaria :))

As a vegetarian I am fussy... So thank you very much Annie (Landlady) for a delicious Sunday Vegetarian Roast, the flavours danced a spirited Salsa for my taste buds... The friendly staff, the food, beer, artwork and background music all add to the chill out atmosphere... A place to meet and greet your friends...

Annie was so friendly and treated this weary traveler like gold! She told me all about Bristol and the absolutely amazing art she's got on display. I highly recommend The Rope Walk to anyone visiting Bristol!!

Absolutely loved are food cooked fresh to order and hot when arrived there were five of us and there was not a bit of food left on are plates will be back ann and her staff were fab will definitely be back a lovely chilled pub x
