Can't praise them highly enough. All of the staff are extremely helpful and the medical staff are superb.

Been coming here since it opened. Never had any problem getting an appointment or getting through on the phone. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are great BUT why change the phone system? Its a joke, bring back the keypad options

No longer have a registered doctor and their appointment service is useless! I only want to get my bloods tested, but still have to make an appointment!

started ringing at 8 this morning got throw at 9 told only taking emergency only would get doc to ring it was emergency what right does a receptionist have to say if ya see a doctor waited all day for doctor to ring rang at 5.20 to say i would have to go to out of hours or wait till Monday even when in pain roseberry need new manager to run place correct will be reporting to nhs official compliant

You can't get through on the phone, and when you finally do you can't book an appointment. I have had ongoing health problems for months now and was told by a consultant to book an appointment with my GP to get a referral, but heaven forbid I'm actually able to book ahead! No, I just have to wait and pray I get a pot luck style appointment if I can get through on the phones!! I understand you need to keep some urgent appointment slots free but that cannot mean that you shut out the whole day and leave it to chance to get an appointment I desperately need. Utterly unethical.

You can never get an appointment.

Ordering prescriptions is a joke as they don't have all the correct information and now told you cant order over the phone yet you cant order electronically as they haven't updated your repeat prescription orders

Impossible to get an appointment!!!! Your told to ring at 8am but can never get through.

I was told to call at 8am for an appointment but I start work at 7:30am, staff's answer was to ask someone else to call on my behalf (not ideal!) so I did, they eventually got through at 9am to be told there were no more appointments and to try again tomorrow. The Dr won't issue a prescription unless I have a review appointment but I can't book one as there is never any available. This means no medication!!!!

I was very ill and rang to arrange to speak to a gp in the hope of being seen - only to be told I had been de registered by them . They were unhelpful and offered no support whatsoever, with the only advice of registering with another gp. ( who I clearly wouldn’t be able to see the same day) It was only when I rang my partners gp (different practice) that they gave me advise and support and referred me to the 111 service.

Roseberry practice is shocking they have no patient care or consideration, fail to answer their phone and you never see the same person twice . Turned out the 111 service said I needed to be seen within 6 hrs and arranged an appt for me immediately - Roseberry practice couldn’t care less if I was dying. If you value your health I would suggest you find a practice that cares about their patients.

I started calling for an appointment this morning at 8am. The line was constantly engaged times apart from 4 times - 3 of those times the it rang out until I was cut off, and one time someone picked the phone up and put it down!!!

I made 160 calls in total - and when I got through at 9.45 I was told all of the appointments with doctors had gone. I was told to try again tomorrow and start calling at 8 - which I had been doing today. I can't do this on a daily basis until I get lucky - I work and so it isn't practical to be making private calls for an hour and a half.

I was offered an appointment with a nurse practitioner, but in this case that wasn't suitable.

I understand that GP practices have issues, but this seems to be above and beyond those issues.

Have tried to ring 217 times this morning it's an absolute joke!!
