We had a great laff with the staff and the food was fab, that's why it's got a 5 star.

Thank The Royal Bengal for so hospitable and serving great dishes. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming by all staff there. The music was just right for those who understood Indian music, also just calming and had a good beat too. The food quality was really good and very tasty. Thank you

Just had a lovely meal here to celebrate my friends birthday, great food, service and very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back.

I've been going there on a weekly basis for the past 20+ years.



I go there mainly for 2 reasons



1. To receive abuse from the management. Great staff really.



2. I find that the chicken passanda keeps my immune system in good shape!

Have enjoyed the excellent food at the Royal Bengal for many years . Last night was no exception for a family celebration we were all looked after so well.5* food 5* service enjoyed by all.x

Had a fab time celebrating my birthday last night. Both the service and food were excellent as always. Thanks to the team for making my night special �

Fast and friendly service, food was spectacular. Stuffed full and happy :-) still as good today as it was ten years ago.

Fantastic evening at the royal Bengal with 30 friends and family for my 50th birthday , superb food , great atmosphere and sala and the staff were brilliant .

Best restaurant I have ever been! Food is super tasty, staff is super friendly, place is super cosy and everything here is just super good! Visit this place and you will fall in love with it

Best lamb Bhuna I have ever had. The restaurant is nicely decorated clean good atmosphere. Staff are brilliant excellent service. The food is outstanding best I have had. Prices are also very reasonable. Can't believe I left it so long to go I will be making up for it though that's for sure!

Small portion for a tandoori mixed grill but one of the tastiest I have had

I use the Royal Bengal a lot and always have a good meal . Friday night was no exception there was 11 of us and though we waited for while to get our main courses ordered they did eventually come however one person got the wrong meal , one person didn't get their meal I didn't get my paratha however it was all corrected quickly and worth applogies . They were very busy and all the food very good . I and I think my mates would go there again .

Great food, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff but a bit of a long wait for our booked table and food took way too long to arrive, worth the wait though.

Visit was a birthday treat from my Son and Daughter-in-law

Always loved the Royal Bengal and its been a while since I've been. Food was great as always and didn't disappoint but the service was poor even though it wasnt busy at the time. Staff spent a lot of time standing around chatting instead of working. One of the waiters was busy trying to do everything and had to have a word with the others at one point. I'd go back for the great food, but the service was no where near as good as it used to be.

Ordered food for collection, got home to an item being missing phone to tell them to get them refusing all knowledge. Absolutely discussing customer service. Will never ever be using them again which is a shame because the food is very good but not worth it to be spoken to how they did basically calling me a liar! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered a chicken garlic chilli curry , it was full of gee and not a drop of curry sauce. Food was terrible. Service was terrible as well, he spent more time talking to someone else he wasn't serving. Won't be returning.

Had a take away last night, have used this for 15 years or more. Sorry but food for the second time in a row was awful. Last night was nothing more than a pot of oil. Never again what a waste of 30.00
