Grant Harrold, "The Royal Butler", was a former butler and member of the Royal Household of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall based at Highgrove House. His duties included butlering for TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Henry of Wales. He has worked alongside many other Royals, VIPS and celebrities over the past 19 years, many of whom are now his clients.

Grant is a Royal etiquette expert and a Royal commentator, public speaker, butler and housekeeper trainer for principals and their staff in the UK and worldwide. Grant has featured on British television for 19 years and regularly features on Radio.

Grant works in partnership with HRH Princess Katarina to be the leading authority on Royal etiquette.

Grant runs the specialist company Nicholas Veitch, a consulting firm on royal and British etiquette and household matters. Nicholas Veitch recently formed a partnership with Blenheim Palace. Together they founded The Royal School Of Etiquette and The Royal School Of Butlers. HRH Princess Katarina is the Royal Patron, and a founder of the School. Grant works closley with some of the top hotels in the country, among them the Ritz Hotel in London, where he acts as an etiquette advisor to guests.

Over the last few years Grant has become a point of contact for national and international media on his profession, his background and on all things Royal. He has featured in the highly popular TV Series, Country House. Grant also took part in Be Your Own Boss in 2012. In 2013 Grant worked with Ruth Watson in her series "Ruth Watson Means Business! where he was brought in as an authority on etiquette to help the staff at Fawsley Hall to improve their service. In 2014 he appeared in the Channel 4 TV Series You Cant Get The Staff as 'The Butler'. In the series you saw him perform the duties of a butler and showed you his tricks of the trade from the Butlers Guide. In 2016, Grant joined Michael Portillo in the BBC Two TV series, Great Railway Journeys, in this you saw Grant join Michael in Bath where he taught Michael the etqiuette of Afternoon Tea. During 2015 Grant was a columnist for the Lady Magazine. This column ran alongside his youtube channel where he performs the duties he writes about. More recently in 2016, Grant has appeared as an etiquette expert on ITV's "This Morning" and a Royal commentator on ITV's Good Morning Britain and joined Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2 as his Butler on duty and to discuss the role of 21st Century Royal Butlers.

Grant has given interviews to the BBC's Politics Show, America's CBS, Germany's RTL, and Canada's Entertainment Tonight, The British Forces Broadcasting Radio Station, The Daily Mail, The Daily Record, The Weekend Magazine and The Lady magazine to name a few, talking about his role as a Royal etiquette expert, Royal commentator and Butler Trainer. Grant has also spoken to them about his life as a Butler, PA and House Manager to the elite of British society. Grant has also worked on national campaigns in the United Kingdom.
