"I recommend a non-invasive low level laser treatment over something like a hot laser. They're quick and extremely effect at stimulating the acid levels under the surface" Carina Gross

Did you know that your gut is your second brain?
Yes, the gut is often referred to as the second brain because it uses the same chemical messengers that are used in the brain and nerve cells. This explains why when some people get nervous or stressed they often have trouble with their digestion ranging from abdominal pain and bloating to diarrhoea, if they’re really unlucky.
If your digestion is regularly affected by fight-or-flight (your body’s stress response) it’s worth looking into some relaxation techniques or strategies - they could really make a difference. Look into hypnotherapy, meditation and yoga. Or a pampering treatment at the Ryder Clinic. Look good, feel good!

How good would it be to start 2018 by getting rid of those wrinkles?! Take advantage of our New Year Offer - 20% off all botox treatments booked before 31st January.
We believe that Botox injections require significant skill, and should be performed by practitioners with proven commitment and experience. Injections should take place in a clinical setting, under clinical supervision, with all the care that is routinely devoted to more conventional surgical specialities. For more information take a look at https://ryderclinic.co.uk/treatments/wrin kle-treatments/

Lemon is a great source of vitamin C. It helps to manufacture collagen which supports and brightens the skin, and it improves skin texture too. Lemons are good for your bones as well - did you know that collagen makes up 90% of our bone matrix?
Vitamin C also supports your immune system and helps with iron absorption.
Combine plenty of Vitamin C with a Genesis or Titan treatment for youthful, healthy-looking skin!

Did you know that tumeric is great for people with rosacea, acne or any inflammatory related problems ( such as IBS)? It has an anti-inflammatory property and is said to be good for post operative healing, too. Amelia does advise you to take supplements though, as you'll need a lot of turmeric via food sources for it to be effective! Obviously, taking a good quality brand of supplements is important. Gary Barlow clearly agrees! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/…/Gary-Barlo w-hails-golden-milk-…

Many sportsmen turn to laser hair removal so they stay cooler and are more aerodynamic. It really is effective, and you can notice the difference after one treatment. http://bit.ly/2fEYJMN
