As a head chef for the last 10 years and with 20 years behind me in the industry and after working with and for some privileged people, I have the knowledge and attributes to make a food functional, fun and flavoursome. I have found myself inspired and in ore of the ability’s and diversity out there in this region of food, its culinary direction and diversity. My cooking style is old school classic French training and I could use that in my advantage in various situations and adapt my cooking skills to different clients. I’ve worked in various structures of catering and have the diversity to show. I love food and everything it represents from growing to cooking to eating
