The Salterton Drama Club

Local theatre in the centre of Budleigh Salterton running a variety of productions for all audiences every year.

The Salterton Drama Club is an enthusiastic and well regarded theatre group based in Budleigh Salterton, Devon.
We have our own theatre, The Salterton Playhouse, and stage four productions a year, each running for six performances, as well as an annual murder mystery dinner for around 200 people, and occasional one act plays for festivals.
Soon approaching our 80th anniversary, the club has been growing in recent years, in both success and membership. The club’s commitment to staging high quality productions, whilst maintaining affordable prices has boosted our reputation as a fantastic community group providing great entertainment, and ultimately making theatre accessible to everyone.
