Reaching Out To The Homeless In Telford

We aim to provide an appropriate response to homeless individuals throughout the year but especially through the cold winter months.

We aim to help alleviate rough sleeping. Through partnership with Maninplace, Telford & Wrekin Council and also where appropriate, private landlords and short term B& B

We want to know where people are rough sleeping so that we can assist and offer support and advice. Also, to better evaluate the problem of rough sleeping in the area.

We engage with rough sleepers and provide basic necessities including food & clothing through our Drop-in centre on Tan Bank, Wellington.
