Where do I start...... You provided FABULOUS food, DAZZLING decor, EPIC entertainment and a SPECTACULAR service. Thanks for making our Amburs 1st bday a day that was perfect in every way.

What can I say other than Vinny and Sunny are brilliant. We've had 2 family weddings here and their level of service is fantastic. Approachable, friendly and willing to facilitate as much as feasible possible, they made our wedding day very smooth and stress-free. I would recommend Sapphire to anyone and will definitely be back with future events.

We just used this fantastic venue for our Hindu wedding ceremony. PERFECT! The guys were particularly helpful in making our day perfect. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any function. Thank you guys again for making a great day, wonderful, for us both and our families

Sunny has been so easy to work with over the last few months. Always easy to get hold of and quick with responses. The service from him has been second to none. Anything I ever asked for he made seem easy and happen without ever having to be chased up about it.



We had our pre wedding party Friday at The Sapphire Suite and it was the most enjoyable night of the entire wedding for my family as they did not have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing. The organisation was perfect. Everything was clean and done in a timely manner. The food was amazing – people could not stop talking about it! The set up was great and we loved that there was someone there seeing over the whole event.



All in all great service, quality and value.
