I score a 5 on the products. I have scored 1 on customer service. Visited on Saturday 19 August around 6pm and had the misfortune to be served by the most impolite person. Arrived to find a note saying he'd be back in 5mins. When he did arrive he didn't even greet me or apologise for making me wait. I asked a couple of questions to simply get a monosyllabic grunt of yes or no. Didn't even say goodbye. Clearly the guy did not want to be in the shop working. Should be taught some manners really.

Sells a lot of south African produce including tarts and meats. Very friendly staff and the shop always seems to be open which is brilliant. It's a little tucked away but only because it's set off a larger pavement.
