Fantastic service. I ordered a made to measure shirt but the waist was too big. The Savile Row Co had the shirt collected, altered as requested and returned to me within 5 days, at no extra charge! I love the super soft cotton that the shirt was made in. Highly recommended.

Excellent fit and quality. I've ordered several times in the past and I've always been satisfied. I would like to order again but sadly there seems to be a deficiency of stock in 14.5 double cuff white shirts... they are missing since months.

Your quality is poor & customer service is worse. Gloves tear at the seam in less than a week. No help with repair or replacement, just a kiss off email from a Michael McErlain in N. Ireland. Very unclassy.

Savile Belts appear to be fake "Top Grain Leather". More like Plastic. I need an explanation. I have dozens of Leather belts and Savile Belt doesn't even come close. I bought mine through Walmart which may be carrying fake Savile products. Also, Amazon customers of Savile belts are saying the same thing. If Savile wants to keep its good name they need to address fake products circulating in the USA.

I love these shirts and wear them almost exclusively however they are always losing their buttons. Very disappointing considering the price, supposed quality and heritage of the brand

I got 5 shirts in the sale and every shirt was the wrong size!!!! I'll never use them again as they don't want to know now they have my money
