So we had a great time at our latest gig at Mama Liz's Voodoo Lounge in Stamford. Unfortunately, I had a few too many beers and krakens so I totally forgot to film our headliners Blind Man Death Stare. So this video doesn't feature them. What a muppet!
So it does feature, in the following order; I Got Spiders, Mean Caesar, Sinful Maggie, and The Kimberly Steaks.

In about a month's time, we once again hit up Mama Liz's for one of our special all-dayers. Our April BBQ format is; mama liz's from 2pm for an afternoon chilling with Resist! grub, Battle Line's street art battles, Thor the eagle owl (we are raising funds for the exotic pet refuge again), some stalls to browse.. before heading downstairs at about 5.15pm for 8 (yep 8) bands playing their hearts out.
... Good weather obviously guaranteed* - it's going to be a special day and night with some cracking performances in the evening. Tix £13.50 adv (EIGHT BANDS!). Family-friendly afternoon session.. teens under 18 fine downstairs with a responsible adult. We sold-out (the tix not our principles) last year, so always advice people go get their tix in advance. Our buddies at Resist! Vegan Kitchen need someone to join their crew at the Key Theatre restaurant in Peterborough. They open Thurs-Sunday and serve 100% vegan grub. They will be extending their menu soon, currently view 'street food' based (vegan kebab, chickun and chips, loaded fries etc). Lovely people and they are fully booked many nights.

A week Saturday we welcome FIVE bands to mama Lizs. Probably more miles travelled to be there than any other standard gig we’ve put on. I've been to three gigs organised by these lovely people, and I've had a blast every time. Great bands, who mix with the mortals :-) Great friendly vibe - don't be scared if you think punk rock is all spitting n fighting :-)
