Sunday night in West Dorset not so many places where you can eat after 8.30. I arrived off the Poole ferry and the service was so fine we relaxed on the terrace and then feasted on wonderful food inside with a full of the bay at high tide and the sun going down. Excellent meal, excellent service

Had a wonderful lunch with our lovely friends Terrie Brian and Brian alias Derek and Julie just before Christmas it was very enjoyable great service and atmosphere everyone must buy the marmalade and salted caramel they are fantastic must try and see if they do mail order x

Had a fabulous birthday lunch. The location is stunning irrespective of the weather. The food was delicious, the salt and pepper squid did not disappoint. My Dad thoroughly enjoyed his roast and my mum declared the hake was the best she'd ever tasted. The wine list is balanced and extensive, I settled on the Cabernet Franc which for red as the menu suggested worked well with fish.

Great place, good for the quiet coffee/tea (?well apart Gorin when they have a big wedding-but even then we were not only served but made comfortable) , have enjoyed several lunches there too,

Great little hotel in an amazing location. Great food and cocktails in the restaurant and bar. Beautiful spacious room with a huge, comfy bed and great shower.

The views are absolutely fantastic, with great beaches and walking all around.

Despite the deluge going on outside, inside there was a Great vibe, good food and the friendliest staff. Had a good laugh as well as a good meal.



One of the waitresses has a real gift for dealing with children, our grandson loved her and as a consequence

was very well behaved.

Called in with the family on an off chance of a table on Saturday lunchtime. The staff were so friendly and accommodating even though it was busy. Service was fast and efficient, the food was lovely. Highly recommended

Beautiful peaceful location, five minutes walk to the sea; good food, extremely clean and well maintained rooms with fancy toiletries etc. No TV in the room and temperamental internet.
