The Sghetti Monster is a mobile food trailer based in the North East of England. We are here to sling some fresh, delicious pasta into your mush.

Our mission is to provide dishes that are produced as locally, sustainably, and organically as possible. We give pasta the attention it deserves and strip it of its stodgy, sloppy stigma. We're a bit stupid but always delicious.

Our menu will be changed up now and then depending on various things such as mood, seasonality, blood sugar levels etc.
