The Sheffield College

Hi.

I submitted an FOI request to you via the What Do They Know website on 20 January.

My request was for data around greivances raised by College staff against senior managers and Governors.

I received an acknowledgement of my request on 23 Jan, and confirmation that this would be answered by 16 February.

To date my request remains unanswered, despite the fact that I sent a reminder on 17 February.

I believe that the The Sheffield College is in breach of the Freedom of Information Act and associated regulations. The FOI section of your website appears to be incomplete and I am unclear as to how to complain to the College about this matter. (Your published complaints procedure appears to be written to cater only for current students).

Can you please confirm:
- Whether and when you intend to provide me with the information requested in my original FOI request?
- if you do not intend to answer my request, the grounds for your refusal.
- How I can complain about your lack of a timely response to my request.
