Visited Monday lunch time. Only soup/sandwiches on offer, which actually suited us fine. Good selection of cask beers. Unfortunately there was a lot of renovation work going on within the building. Dog friendly, so will not be revisiting when busier as I am allergic to them!

Nice location, great views, friendly staff. Wife had steak and ale pie which she said was really nice. I had a rib eye which looked and tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave. It wasn't great. Other than that the beer and site were good.

Absolutely gorgeous pub with personal family history. Well worth a visit if going to Bridlington as you can have a great meal and leave the car then take the little land train into Bridlington. Well worth 5 stars.

The food was excellent the service was very friendly. My friend and I enjoyed 4 delightful visits during our holiday. We had good service every time. It was a pleasure to be there. They even allow dogs in certain areas and there is an ice cream area outside good for children. Being elderly and disabled my welcome was wonderful. I would recommend a visit to enjoy the hospitality.

Excellent lunch and came back for a evening meal. The pub was full of people eating so it shows how popular the food is. Staff really efficient and friendly, they know their job and they know their food, nothing to much trouble.
Recommend the Scottie sandwiches at lunch time. Recommend the meat pies and it comes with a jug of gravy. Their Special Nights are brilliant. Loved the Surf & Turf best steak we have had in a long time, Scallops cooked to perfection. We will be back in the Motor home again.

If you want proper home cooked tasty belly filling food then go here. The staff are all very friendly and the pub is dog friendly too. In winter you can sit by a real roaring fire and in summer you can sit outside drinking real ales while your little ones play in the amusements and play area

Amazing place cozy and very friendly. It's also dog friendly. Great to sit and relax by the open fire and say hello to 'charlie' the parrot. Play area and park for the kids during the summer season and also serves food from the restaurant, check their specials board. Staff are very professional courteous and very hard working always a joy to visit.

Great family run pub within the heart of sewerby,Fantastic Food cooked fresh to order. The carvery is the best you will find anywhere. Great bear garden to the rear with children's Play equipment and great views looking over the seafront. Throughout the year organised music events amongst other great things happen at this great jewel in the east Yorkshire coast line.
