Dr Islam lacked knowledge in diagnosing the problem (and surprisingly admitted so!), and did not bother refer me to a specialist! He offered me painkillers to feel better, rather than looking into the cause of the problem. This is absolutely shambolic. It is a shame as your practice is one of the good NHS centres.

Excellent GP Surgery. All the Doctor's are brilliant, doctor Islam is great always smiling, welcoming and helpful, Dr is Haynes is fantastic, helpful, a truly great doctor and sends you for tests to make sure everything is ok, Dr Chesworth has a wealth of experience and puts your mind at ease and the new Dr Vu is also helpful, good, nice and efficient. The surgery is lovely, a world away from my last surgery. May God bless them all and keep up the good work of curing.

Long waiting times to get appointments. Receptionists happy to talk to each other even when people are waiting to be seen. Dr Islam particularly unhelpful.

Well this practice has restored my faith in GP surgeries. Dr Haig is lovely and my experience has been brilliant, the receptionists are also very helpful and I couldn't recommend the surgery more! A total world away from my last practice. Thank you!

A good team of doctors and nurses however, there is often a long wait for appointments.
