We stayed here last night. ( i say we as there was a group of us-4 rooms in total) We arrived at 1pm but our rooms were unfortunately not ready. We went to the bar for an hour and our rooms were still not ready how ever we were all given our keys. Because they were not ready we couldnt see what our rooms were like until late evening after the wedding we were attending. No problem. We set about our business and arrived back at 11.55pm. Room key (no 6) all we heard were dogs barking!!!! From the moment we got back to our hotel for our not so pleasant stay to the moment we woke up and left. We wanted to speak to someone about this before we left however. No one was at reception all morning!!!!. Not happy at all.
OK hotel some rooms skittle small food good service can be slow but staff nice and friendly

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband whilst visiting for a family wedding.
Lovely little hotel. Friendly staff, good bar and good prices. Rooms are basic but all that you need and would expect for the price.
Can't fault the brekkie. Clearly good quality food and cooked well. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Kent.
Eastchurch is a lovely area with easy access to the rest of the island.
Fantastic venue!!! Nice country pub in a local vilage setting, quaint hotel, nice restaurant with great food, and a gym aswell!!! Been here quite a few times, the staff are very friendly and management very approachable, sunday roast is fantastic, function room available with its own bar too!!! There is also a roof terrace for guests!!!
The Shurland Hotel is very easy to access..plenty parking and very very nice staff..pleasant and helpful. The lunch I had was delicious!
Went in before the kitchen opened for dinner. Was very quiet, but the staff were friendly, the service quick, and the atmosphere relaxed.
It was so lovely to be eating at the shurland again. Very friendly service. Welcome back.
Was an amazing experience. Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make my experience better. Breakfast was extremely delightful and the rooms were big and spacious and very comfortable environment. Definitely recommend and will be using again for sure!
