Hello, today I saw the families affected by the terrible fire on Monday. I passed on the donations we have received so far and both families were so very touched at the whole community thinking of them and for being so generous. They have asked me to pass on a HUGE thank you on their behalf.

The sun is out, the mics are out and the drinks are all chilling.....what more could you want from a Saturday evening....Karaoke tonight from 8pm. It’s going to be fabulous!

Went here to watch the football and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely cosy feeling, friendly staff, immaculate toilets and reasonable prices. It's great to find a pub which hasn't been changed into a restaurant. We definitely visit here again.

Not been here since it was a wine bar many years ago now a good Boozer in the mids of refurbishment.

Just enjoyed an unexpected enjoyable game of crib with another couple. Looser paid penny a point difference so also raised a few pennies for charity. Maybe should adopt this for all card, darts, Texas Holden , with a nominated charity each time.

I used to have a pint or two in the Pembroke when I was in the area, but the ale in the smugglers is by far better looked after, and always a nice choice, good friendly little pub, and I can drink out of a jug, 10/10.

Friendly little pub with a great atmosphere, reasonable prices and the best beer for miles!! Also happen to think the staff are fantastic!!!
